ELIGIBILITY
Open to artists around the world 18 years of age or older who submit artwork in any medium except video and wearable art. Submissions must be the creation of the artist.

IMAGES
Acceptable file types are: .jpg, .tif, and .psd. The file name of your image should follow this convention - last name of the artist, title of work (perhaps abbreviated), and number (1, 2, or 3).
EXAMPLE: SMITH_SUNNYDAY_3.jpg
Since some images will be printed in our journal, we like images to be at least 300 ppi and 1500 pixels on the shortest dimension. No need to reduce images; large images will upload with no problems. Also, you may submit up to three images, please no more.

SELECTION AND AWARDS
No more than thirty (30) artists will be chosen for the exhibition, making selection competitive. Selections will be made by the editorial staff of Still Point Arts Quarterly. All selected images will appear in our online gallery, and at least one of each selected artists' works will be printed in the Winter 2019 issue of Still Point Arts Quarterly.

Four (4) awards will be given:
Award for Best in Show (Portfolio) - requires 3 images;
Award for Uniqueness of Concept and Originality;
Award for Exceptional Composition and Design;
Award for Distinctive Interpretation of Theme.

Each award recipient will be invited to exhibit his or her art for one year as a Gallery Artist.

NEW PORTFOLIO OPTION
We now offer the option to submit a coherent set of 6 to 10 images that fit the theme. You may submit images for BOTH the general exhibition AND the portfolio option; or you may submit for one or the other. If selected, the artist's portfolio will be featured in the Summer 2020 issue of Still Point Arts Quarterly. Submit images for this option here. POLICIES
Artists who submit artwork to should be familiar with the following policies. Also, please be aware that Still Point Art Gallery is exclusively an online gallery.

• Still Point Art Gallery does not engage in the selling of art. Artists are encouraged to include a website address on their entry form so interested parties may contact them directly.
• Submissions for exhibitions received after the posted deadline will not be considered. Once the submission deadline has been reached, no image substitutions may be made and no changes in submissions will be permitted.
• Only artists 18 years of age or older may submit entries to juried exhibitions.
• All art must be the creation of the artist.
• All decisions regarding art selected for exhibitions are final.
• All work must remain on exhibit throughout the duration of the exhibition. No early withdrawals will be permitted.
• The Gallery owner reserves the right to cancel an exhibition, extend deadlines, or change exhibition dates.
• By submitting work to be considered for the exhibition, artists grant the Gallery the right to use their image(s) for the purpose of marketing. Images may appear on the Gallery's website, on social network sites used by the Gallery, and to advertise exhibitions in its publication, Still Point Arts Quarterly.
